Raw Marinated Cauliflower Salad

I love this salad....simple and delicious :-)


Ingredients for marinade (make this before making salad)
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
  • ½ tsp himalaya or sea salt
  • pinch of cayenne
Ingredients for salad
  • 4 cups of cauliflower (coarsely chopped - separate from other ingredients)
  • ½ cup carrots (shredded)
  • 1 small red bell pepper (seeded and minced)
  • ¼ cup red sweet onion (diced fine)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh basil leaves (minced)

Directions

  1. Whisk together marinade ingredients and set aside.
  2. Prepare cauliflower and place in a bowl.
  3. Pour prepared marinade over cauliflower and mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  5. Add remaining ingredients to cauliflower and marinade for final hour.
  6. Drain and serve.

Raw Hummus

2 cup sprouted chickpeas (soaked close to 3 days)
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp extra virgine olive oil
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
2 glove garlic (crushed)
1-2 lemon (squeezed)
1/4 cup water (maybe more as needed)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cilantro (optional)
pepper, salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor and until smooth.

Cream of Zucchini Soup


2 servings

1 zucchini, choped (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup water (plus 1/4 cup water to thin, if necessary)
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tsp mellow white miso
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 ripe avocado chopped
himalayan salt, pepper, chilli (optional)
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
 (optional)
hadful fresh parsley or dill or green onions
or cilantro (minced, optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
(to serve warm, heat gently on the stove for a few minutes)  Do not overheat!

Creamy Cashew Cheese

1 cup raw (unsalted) cashews, soaked overnight, then drained
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/4  teaspoon sea salt (or more to taste)
  juice of half a lemon 
1/3 cup water (or more as necessary) 
 pepper, italian seasoning (optional)

Add soaked (and drained) cashews, nutritional yeast, sea salt, juice of lemon and 1/3 cup water to a food processor.
Puree, scraping down with spatula the sides as necessary, until the cashew cheese is a smooth, creamy consistency. Depending on desired consistency and the length of soaking time, additional water can be added as needed. 
 
Makes a little over ½ cup. Store in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.

Raw ice cream


3 bananas
1 avocado
little bit almond milk & agave nectar .... in a blender....put in the freezer & that's it :-) enjoy

Miracle drink

1 serving

1 red beet
2 carrots
1 apple
1/2 lemon (optional)


 If you use a blender must add a little bit water. Is ideal to use juicer.

 This miracle drink performs the following diseases :

First prevents cancer cells / already incurred prevents further develop,

 second protects against disease : 
 liver, kidney, pancreas, also against ulcers, it strengthens the lungs, protects against heart attack and high blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, it is good to eyes,  removal of red and tired eyes or dry eyes,  improves physical fitness, eliminates muscle pain, removed from the body of harmful substances: helps to empty, the skin healthy and radiant, helps with acne. It will help the infection in the throat, it alleviates menstrual pain, removes hay fever.This drink has no side effects and has high nutritional value. It is also very effective if you need tolose weight . If you follow the correct procedure , after about two weeks you realize that your immune system.

The drink should be
drink immediately after preparation, do not store them! When drinking this drink? Right in the morning and fasting! After an hour, you should have breakfast.

If you want the results came quickly, drink twice a day.
One cup in the morning and the other before 5 pm.
It is important to drink drink immediately after preparation.




Yellow cauliflower

1 cauliflower (pulse in food processor)

1/3 cup extra virgine olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 tbsp nama shoyu (tamari, liquid aminos)
ginger, chilli, pepper, himalayan pink salt, garlic (optional)

All the ingredients blend together 
and mix with cauliflower. 
I'll let marinate for at least an hour in the fridge.
